Anya Kravchenko (1985, Berdyansk) is a choreographer, dancer, curator based in St. Petersburg. She has studied art history in Russian University for Humanities in Moscow, Russia and 2017 received MA in choreography in Montpellier, France (e.x.e.r.c.e, ICI-CCN Montpellier and University Paul Valery III). She was danceWEB scholarship recipient in 2015. Since 2014 she leads independent artistic practice, which shapes into performances, videos, scores, writings, events and workshops, where she investigates affective interactions between the bodies of different nature, looking for a dance we don’t know yet. Her work was shown in festivals and exhibitions hosted by venues in Russia, France and Switzerland.
